Welcome to Undo Creative Lab. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By using either, you agree to these Terms. Full project terms are set out in the contract issued at the start of each engagement.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content without written permission.

2. Our Services

All work is based on an agreed scope confirmed in writing. Work outside that scope will be quoted and agreed separately. Full terms covering project delivery, revisions, and client responsibilities are detailed in your project contract.

3. Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion, prior to delivery of final files. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments will accrue interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and you will be invoiced for all work completed to that point. No refund is available once final files have been delivered

5. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of final payment. Until then, all rights remain with Undo Creative Lab. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Undo Creative Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any project will not exceed the fees paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability for negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
